  Need to hire a car in Perth? Well this is the place to go. Welshpool is situated near Perth City but in an industrial area. Close to the airport too. The Staff were very accommodating and ran out of smaller vehicles so we were upgraded to a 4 wheel drive free of charge. On our return they were efficient and did not lump us with any extra charges. If you need a small truck or a van, they've got them too!

  Clearly fraudulent business practices. I hired a 25 seat bus and returned it, filling the diesel tank at the Puma Service Station 800 metres away on Kewdale Rd. I kept the receipt and noted the mileage on fill-up and when returned. I drove 6 kms over the 100 km free limit so I expected to pay a few bob for the 0.31 c/km charge. Instead, I had my deposit debited by $20.07. When I queried this the Manager Peter told me that they had had to fill the diesel up with 8.8 litres and I'd done an extra 10 kms. Absolute rubbish! The vehicle was fueled at 139797 kms, returned at 139798 kms so if it was refuelled at (as Peter claimed) 139802 kms. Thenm an employee went to get lunch in it or the tank was syphoned. Despite my telephone call to the Manager (Peter) and his assurance he would get back to me by Monday 5/12/2016, it is now a week and a half later and guess what? Absolutely nothing!!! No call, no explanation as to where the magical 4 kms was driven. Absolutely no credibility and no integrity. I read all the other reviews and was cautious so I logged everything and kept receipts. Sadly, the negative reviews were completely accurate. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

  Got given a nice fairly new truck in great condition, good service all straight forward.

  Great service. They called me when I forgot something on the truck after returning it. After hours return very easy.
